The RetailBook team explain how rules are changing in favour of retail investors

We were joined at the Investor Summit on 13th August by the senior team from RetailBook, a FinTech platform that connects publicly listed companies raising capital, with retail investors. RetailBook say they exist ‘to enable broader retail participation in primary capital market transactions like IPOs and bond offerings’. The business was originally conceived by leading broker/marketmaker Peel Hunt, then launched as a separate entity in 2022; the core team came from Primary Bid.
